I fully agree with your logic but, every thing is not lost.

Nice try joe, almost. Yes, focus point is off but really, I'm thinking that if your aperture was say, at f/8 to f/11 range, you would have had a clean photo. DOF was just too shallow for this quick capture.

I like it, it's candid and funny, totally undeserving of 3/3 inertia.

Thank you all for takeing the time to comment. i agree it,s not a total loss, i belive the composition to be unique. i wanted to bring out the point that autofocus is not always a good tool to use,some times it can mess you up,depending on DOF and changes in focal points.
