victor_ho2 0 Posted September 7, 2006 The 60th Annual Shinnecock Indian Powwow. I got there on Monday, Labor Day, the only day of the weekend that I think it didn't rain. My first submission. Thanks. Link to comment

dieter_hoffman 0 Posted October 13, 2006 Bad photo. This picture tells me nothing. Is he a clown or a indian or a drunk homeless person? Link to comment
juan-de-santa-anna 0 Posted October 13, 2006 Hey Victor welcome to P.nut! I commend you on getting started....putting our work out there when your getting started takes courage...If you click on the person who critiques you can go to their portfolio..if they have one. There you can decide if their critique comes from of place of experience or just someone being negative and handing out unconstructive BS for lack of self-respect. I like this image because here is a person who has tradition and respect for himself and his people...keeping alive what is important to making a positive life...You caught a strong moment...this world needs more smiles and now you are sharing one with many...I have to agree with dieter on it needing a little crop...just a tad! he is looking up so there should be (in my opinion) space for him to look "through". Also I cropped a little off the left side to balance the spirit that is this photo...Victor...THIS is a Good photo...Stay at it..there are a ton of good photographers on this site to learn from...check out their portfolios and you'll see.
