Nice image and good choice, I think, to go with black and white.

I like the fact that the subject is high in the frame and looking out of it to the right. The angles of the fence and even the wheel barrow add interest and (for the most part) help frame the subject.

A thought... What would happen if you cropped a bit off the left and the bottom? It might (or might not... :-) move a little more focus toward the figure and take a bit away from the secondary form of the wheelbarrow.
