dchatter 0 Posted September 7, 2006 Fantastic... lovely work. Reminds me of some of Rui Palha's pictures. Best regards. Link to comment
street photography karina 0 Posted September 7, 2006 Nice one. I also like your post processing. It gives your photos a certain style. The photo would have been perfect with just the man, woman and tram in it (without all the other people), but it's quite ok as it is :) Link to comment
v 0 Posted September 7, 2006 Alex, great work with light and composition. People are your friends, it seems: they pose excellently to make an interesting image :) Link to comment
greenclementine 0 Posted September 8, 2006 It is kind of scarry, but it feels like the tram is stopped by the opposing powers of the old man and the woman. It gives some stability to the image for a second. However, it will be fatal for both of them when the street-car gets into motion. Really koooool!;) Link to comment
treeffe 0 Posted September 13, 2006 Good B&W and post processing for this great picture, describing our life: up or down the hill you must keep mooving!. best regards -Fabio- Link to comment

Jack McRitchie 150 Posted October 5, 2006 Excellent, really catches the fullness of life. Everyone seems to play their part particularly well in this scene, even the person at the top left who is seen mostly in silhouette. Link to comment
kctwain 0 Posted October 10, 2006 This photo has so much to offer. It has straight lines and curved lines. It has a wonderful balance and beautiful depth. Even the smallest of people...the one to the left of the trolley... seems perfectly placed. Also, it works so well in B&W. Very well done. Link to comment
Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted February 24, 2007 Another great shot, amigo. Excellent detail and sharpness, which brings out the true complexity of the scene. Nice work. Link to comment
elportebonheur 0 Posted April 26, 2008 Your entire 'Lisboa' series is remarkable, Alexandre. In fact, Lisboa is a 'must' for every photographer. Well done, compliments, El. Link to comment
