I definitelly prefer your close B&W version...This one is nice but the BW/crop is more intense, going to the essential....I like this one also though.

I feel that everything came together in this image to make it successful. Love the colors. Black background is super. How you used the light mainly from the right (?) suggests a professional at work. Her blue eys are accented nicely through catchlights and her youthful skin tone is favored sweet. Congrats, ~charlene
