Moonlight on the Colorado River

Comments/critiques and helpful hints much appreciated.

A very evocative image. Maybe you could provide some technical info? I'm really impressed by the exposure control here.

Shot on provia 100. Cokin 2 stop grey grad ( hence 'dirty' looking sky ). I can't remember exact details but shot at f22 and i probably aimed to underexpose the canyon by about 1/2 stop (i didn't have a 3 stop grad). I adjusted this with levels in photoshop. While the original slide has decent shadow detail it is a little dark. I still didn't expect to get any detail in the moon itself, so this was a bonus. I have since gotten hold of a full set of grads, which should reduce tinkering time...
