ganesh's last journey

the last couple of days of the ganpati festival which is the most

popular in mumbai.thx for viewing........

Looking closely to this one, I see a beautiful composition. The three statues distinguish from the rest of the picture by their rich colors. At the same time the guy to the lower right corner seems to be added to the frame. I'm curious about the religious practice. I would have liked to get a little bit more details about this ceremony.
