I absolutely love this photo.. Why do you think something went wrong and can you tell me how you did it. This is a wonderful composition from her pose to the way she is dressed. Her gaze is amazing. It's simple yet it is very powerful, at least to me. I wish all my photos could go this wrong. Great job. James

Not a failure at all! Has an old oil on canvas look, the expression suits this too. Might be worth trying to replicating this in the future!

Thanks Ken, yes the muted tones, the low light and her expression that is what I like. - it was more or less a quick shot.

Thanks James, the picture is totally noisy. Maybe it was the wrong set-up of the macro lens I used also,exposure was not correct. I shot in RAW mode. So I was at least able to do something. To hide the noise I applied a overlay.

 

Thanks, Re-shoting will never give the same (I mean expression, pose wise ) result. I tried this several times with other ideas. You encouraged me now to

try this again. If my model is in the mood :-)
