Tripod, cable release. 1\15 sec.@ f16. Spotted on an afternoon visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens. Don't know what it is. Any botanists out there? OK, next time I'll take notes. Sunshine. Crop, resize, levels adjustment, USM in PS. Best, LM.

Hi Len, Nice colours but the red flowers seem to lack definition in the large view. I'm not sure why. I like the way you layered the yellow against the red then green on top.

Greg, The lack of definition in the larger view was probably due to a bit of subject motion caused by a good breeze. Shutter speed was down around 1\15 or 1\8 sec. (polarizer used). The layered composition was intentional. Best, LM.

Spotted on a recent tour of the Royal Botanical Gardens, Hamilton,

On. I'm no botanist so I have no idea what these leafy things are.
