The boy has a very natural look, and the DOF is great, Iam very much a beginner so if Iam wrong tell me; It seems you used wide angle and I like how the boys face seems to come out with his perfect smile but his nose becomes disturbing. my eye went around his face several times and after a while it made me smile with him. That I like alot.

Like it a lot, wonderful portrait ! The shallow DOF focused on his eyes and oral region makes his smile stand out, and the fact that you placed his face not in the center is very good IMO.

Thanks Ali and Carsten for your comments. I must smile when I see this photo. I was shooting photos in a metal workshop along the road and as usual many boys gathered and "disturbed" the view. All of them wanted to see the display of the photos. So I just quickly turned the camera towards this boy without looking through the viewfinder and told him to look into the lense, what he did.
