Its think its too dark, and what is the real subject in the image? The sky? I guess it is because everything else has been darkened to the point where its almost invisible, so you have presented an image of sky with dark buildings. To have too much dark area in a picture is not artistic and not very interesting either. When this image is re-opened, I find that it actually has quite a bit of detail when the exposure is re-adjusted, and that within this image there are actually several images, each of which could be very interesting. My recommendation would be to not do this horrible manipulation, take more time to look at the images and present more of a part of Europe that still appears to be stuck in a pre WWII era.
