cherlyn 1 Posted August 21, 2006 River Life is a common sight in Vietnam. This river was located behind our hotel & I took this while having breakfast. She/he submerged in the water for very long, throwing a net into the water, browsing & moving around the boat. She/he was catching some clams/prawns/crabs or other seafood as I saw her/him. This is quite a original upload except for some brightness & contrast adjustment. I have also done another piece as above with more PS work. I do not know which one to choose. Would appreciate your feedback & opinions. Thanks for viewing.http://c14.statcounter.com/counter.php?sc_project=1811449&java=0&security=482b4728&invisible=1 Link to comment

jeremy_c 0 Posted August 22, 2006 Nice capture, Cherlyn, and I was wondering what the woman/man was doing in the water and then I read your description of the picture which explained it. But what was that she had in her mouth? Smoking a cigarette in water?? Cheers. Link to comment

blackdogstudio 1 Posted August 24, 2006 Lovely composition and colours Cherlyn. The hat-clad figure puffing on the cigarette is very interesting! The ripples on the water and the details in the shadows are really eye-catching as well. A nice catch - no pun intended. Regards, Kelvin. Link to comment
