Sherry this is my all time favorite! I love it, the softness, the colors, her expressions are wonderful, the all fit really well together. You should do this for your clients because they would absolutely go crazy for it.

Thank you kindly Maria and Ester. Ester... you weren't the first to mention offering this to clients. This is exactly the kind of stuff that my clients absolutely "DIG"! This is the kind of stuff their looking for... ARTSY, fun, fresh and most importantly different from the standard portraits that most studios offer here in the states. I will also be promoting a new product this Christmas somewhere along these lines that I'm very excited about. I'll share with you on e-mail as I don't want to risk giving away my design ideas. :-) Anyway... although I got over 400 views on this, I did not get much feedback, nor did I get any ratings. But who cares when my clients are jumping over walls for this kind of stuff, right? Take Care!

Hiya Sherry, I live in Holland and so I am probably 6+ hours ahead of you. I can tell you that the rate system was down all day yesterday. It only allowed you to rate while the photos were on the critique page with your name attached. I think that there is still problems because I rated this the 7 and its not showing. YOur rate doesnt show on my photo either. I would bet that you got more rates but that they are just not showing, only comments are showing. Its interesting though, because people are leaving more comments then usual. I just read a post from Brian in the forum and he said that there are problems with the rating and they are working on it. Sherry I so love this photo, my only suggestion would be burning your daughters eyelashes a bit, I have to with my daughter as well because she is blond as well. Bye for now Sherry.

Sherry, I like your off center crops. I think you did a great job composing this trio. Your daughter is looking into the picture on both the right and left photo which keeps the viewers eyes leading into the photo. The sunlight effect and the softness of the compositon work very well. I can see why your clients dig your work. All the best to you.

goood suggestion, only I've never done that b4. After I applied the sunlight effect and softness her eyelashes got lost. You can count the eyelashes in the originals, because they are very sharp. Anyway... how do you go about "burning" the little blond eyelashes?

of course i use photoshop - he'he'! PhotoShop CS version with some added plugins that my husband found out on the internet.

I really like this triple set. Three different scenes, but they are so jouful, and there is so much beauty in here eyes. I like the third picture the most, as there is a moment of shyness caught. Anyway - beutiful gilr, colours and pictures.

Love this composite, the cropping & the way her eyes smile in the center shot! It is such a feel good image! Very nice job!
