So sad... What happens there ?

Algae which grows in the Salton Sea uses up much of the oxygen. The amount of algae is variable year round but at peak times it uses up enough of the oxygen to kill off many of the fish, which is what you see here.

TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DEPRESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (not that it's a bad photo! Just telling you my reaction.)
