Do please let me know what you think. Your opinion is important to

me. These are some of the first animal photos that I have taken.

I think that our opinion is not important for you, because you dont have to make photo for us, you have to take photo, that is all.

But, because, you asked, i want to answer. I had looked at your portfolio, and i especially love this photo! This photo shows me many things. First, it shows a monkey in a square, like in jail, but he looks free because there is no barriers. But, on the left there is a chain, it shows me that he is in jail, so, you change the meaning. I especially like photos with many meanings, so i love your way in this photo. Then, technically, this photo is really good beacause of tons and colours. So, it is a really good photo for me, i will rate 6 for aestethics (not 7 because you can use blur better), and 7 for originality (because you show more than a monkey).

Very good shot. Myself I would have cropped off the rope. The monkey works very well on its own in the square. Kind regards John

Taha,

It seems like a while since you've posted this shot, but I just happened to stumble across it. It is really good. It has some subtleties in composition and texture and colors which are wonderful to explore. This, I feel, is more like a serious portrait of this being, and just happens to be a monkey. You seem to have captured a character about it, a mood. The same goes though for the wood, the rust, the rope.

I am constantly wondering "what is the monkey looking at so intensely? "

Can you do this with people too?
