Dear Ghulam,

the sunset we have seen together that evening was absolutely spectacular. A treat of colours I have rarely seen before. You have choosen the right camera settings with ASA 100 and exposure -2. This resulted in a shutter speed of 1/125. With this settings you were able to get all the splendour of the sky. Of course to see it you need a good well calibrated monitor. However you lost most of the details in the foreground, which of course were also visible for our eyes. As a photographer with principles you did not want to manipulate the photo in photoshop and this I respect fully. Some of the people who rated the photo were able to get the feeling. Others not. I like this photo very much. But the dark part is a bit too dominat for me.
