Quiet evening on the Sound

great colors, and a beautiful image, but i can't help but think that it would look better with the bottom quarter cropped off... the rock on the bottom left seems too distracting to me.

Does the photo captures a sense of quietness and space/distance at the

sea? Is the slanted horizon (my fault - bad tripod leveling :-)) a big

distraction? Thanks in advance for all comments and suggestions!

I love the colors and the mood...long shutter with moving water always makes for a nice look.

I have to agree with Matthew about cropping out the rock in the bottom left and yes, I'm afraid, the tilted horizon is a little bit distracting but you could straighten it in Photoshop/Paintshop, etc...right?

Just my $0.02...On the whole, though, a great image!

Love the colors. I also agree with the previous posters about the crop. While your at it can you level the horizon.
