What kind of shithead gives a 3/3 for this image?! Sheesh.....

Very well done, Sondra. One of your best, in my opinion. Great exposure and composition, and the IR exposure serves to give this an other-worldly air to it. Did I say I loved the composition? Fabulous.

Thanks, Doug, for your 3/3 complaint. I am getting use to them now. They always seem to appear on my work. My only complaint is I wish they had to give their name when leaving ratings of that caliber.

WOW Sondra. Great contrasts within the sky, coupled with that strong diagonal. You've created a wonderful effect with your IR mastery and composition in this shot. The light is so wonderful with that early morn, late evening glow! You deserve top marks in my book for such a awesome creation. Rgds Nova

Sondra, This is truely one of the finest landscapes ever on PN, period!....Please pay no attention to low raters, these few people have no bearing on how good a photograph is......I can not imagine how this could possibly be any better. I remember a similar color version a while back, that I thought was absolutely one of the finest color shots ever on PN, and now here is it's mate......Jim

Sondra, never a 3/3. This is very good. And I am becoming very jealous of all your work and especially your IR shots. But I will never give your work a 3/3. All the best. Nice to see your work back on the net. It seems you went away for awhile?

The IR makes those trees and rocks stand out nicely all enhanced by the diagonals in the composition. Reminds me of a Japanese woodcut. I do wish that the house itself was not part of the picture but i am being picky. Very nice photo, Sondra. Cheers, J

This is a fantastic piece of work, Sondra. There is plainly nothing else to say about this image. (I agree with Doug's assessment about the 3/3; we shouldn't have to "get used" to them). Thanks for sharing this with all of us. Regards.

Lovely. Excellent composition and a super effective IR shot -- a perfect subject for IR that really capitalizes on its special aesthetic features. And yes the light's fantastic. I particularly like how the shadows along the bottom edge ground the whole image.

Stunning visual effects from the IR, the perspective and the nice diagonal, half-and-half composition. Nice spatial effect too.

Just breathtaking and gorgeous Sondra. Very inspiring! Yes we just have to ignore those 3/3 bandits. If anything they bring us closer to defending others work, and producing more comments.(POSITIVE SIDE) I enjoy your work immensely.

Kind Regards Andrea
