markonestudios 4 Posted August 8, 2006 I haven't had much time to go out and take photos recently, so Idecided to grab our humble office Canon Powershot A520 and do somepics where I work :) This is a shot of the Rolls Royce Trent 892 engine that powers ourBoeing 777-200ER aircraft. Aside from slight levels adjustments, thisshot was posted just as captured. Please comment... Link to comment
mars790 1 Posted August 9, 2006 well done. good thing you brought out the 520 to work. try this rotated 180 degrees for a more sun-like effect. i also see a strong vertical shot if rotated 90 degrees to the right... Link to comment

marielise 0 Posted August 10, 2006 The circular symmetry on this image, works very well. A very modern Sun in the sky! Well done Mark! Marie-Lise Link to comment
atkphotoworks 0 Posted August 10, 2006 Wonderful, I almost thought this was a shot from above a spiral staircase - how my eyes deceive me. Link to comment

Yes Teck, I'm an Aerospace Engineer by training...and a photographer by passion :) Really hope I can get the 350D! I'd rather spend the price difference between the 350D and the 30D on glass though! Thanks and God bless you all :}Mark Link to comment
