maxpizzo 0 Posted August 9, 2006 the Bryce Canyon is really wonderful. The picture seems a bit underexpose and this make colors less vivid. Please have a look at my version :) cheers, Max Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted August 10, 2006 helpful tip you are posting this picture as a 1100x621 your picture will look better if posted smaller and will load faster in a smaller size so with people with dail up can see your wonderful picture to with out waiting a hour.. :D try posting around a 700 on the big side. Hope this helps by the way great picture and it is better viewed larger. Wade Rose Link to comment
dangoldman 0 Posted August 10, 2006 Max, though it is a little bit on the dark side, i think it was getting a little bit too washed out when brightened up and i dont have the time to mess around with curves... or at least the patience... Wade, thanks for the sugestion. I wasnt sure about sizes. My monitor is set at about 1600X x which meanse that when things are below 1000 they begin looking small fast, which is kind of deceving. I'll take your sugestion though and start loading lower res picturs. Link to comment
bruce_macleod1 1 Posted August 26, 2006 Good photo the exposure looks better when viewed large. I'd like to see some closups/crops of these rock formations they are spectacular. thanks for sharing bruce Link to comment
dangoldman 0 Posted August 27, 2006 thank you for your comment, Bruce. i'd love to have gotten some close ups from down in the canyon, but the old man and i opted not to, and now kicking outselves for it in retrospect. Link to comment
aramat57 3 Posted February 16, 2008 Bryce is an amazing place. I didn't hike into the canyon either (not in shape to get back up!) but the hoodoos are incredible even from the rim. I have a couple in my portfolio if you'd care to visit. Yours shows the vastness of the formations. Best regards, Tammy Link to comment
