stephan dietrich 0 Posted August 6, 2006 I liked this shot as it did not reveal who the photographer (person) was, and, as I set up for this, he abruptly pulled back the 400mm lens over his shoulder and used the 70-200mm lens instead. Hence the question: Does size really matter? This can be interpreted in many ways. Link to comment
stephan dietrich 0 Posted August 6, 2006 From afar (across the field), I thought this photographer was using a Canon 600mm lens. Just the same, he was using a nice 400mm f/2.8 with a 2x TeleConverter. Nonetheless, this is submitted for those that work hard, carry those large-heavy lenses and capture those amazing images. Critiques and comments welcome. Link to comment
gphoto 0 Posted August 10, 2006 size does matter. however i'm not sure of the journalistic appeal in a guy with a 70-200mm with a 2x and a 400mm with a 2x? Link to comment
