Optical...shot at the ballpark tonight

Todd, that is a superb photo. It reminds me of a Magritte or maybe a Mcnight (two different schools, I know, but there is something in this picture that has aspects of each of them; it gives the feeling of looking out at a very organized landscape). What would it look like if the crop wasn't quite so tight on the girl's back? Overall, a very artistic photograph, one that I would even think of hanging in my living room (no, I take that back, the colors go better with my dining room, it would have to go there). Thank you so much for your nice words. This shot was a combination of careful planning and dumb luck. see, it had just rained so all the fans had went for cover. After the rain they started coming back, so I was scrambling to to get some just seat shots, but people started coming so I began trying to work them in to. I think I was trying to snap this one off before the girl entered the frame, hence the tight crop, and she just beat me to it is all. Ok, so what size do you need for your dining room? :) Thanks again

I love this shot. It's powerfully graphic and having read your serendipitous story and like it even more. The girl really does make the shot. I don't mind the tight crop whatsoever. Great combinations of colors too.
