aepelbacher 0 Posted August 2, 2006 I attempted to take good notes about the photos I was taking ... but later realized that I hadn't re-set the time of day in my camera ... and my notes were dependent on the time stamp (duh!) Anyway, I believe that this town is Oksbol. If anyone knows different, they are welcomed to correct me. :-) I don't know how popular church photos are here on PN ... but I found the churches in the countryside in Denmark to be absolutely gorgeous, so you'll probably see several images of them as I go through those photos. Any thoughts or comments are always welcome!! Also, if someone knows how to make the text in a comment read the same characters as the text in the caption (the "o" with the line through it), I'd also welcome that information. Thanks! LindaM 2 Posted August 2, 2006 Lou Ann, this is lovely! the white church is so solid against the clouds and deep blue sky. it has a feel of real permanence to it, especially when i contrast it to my church in its slow decay. i love the date on this church, and i can imagine it still looking the same in another 250 years. detd 0 Posted August 2, 2006 Splendid capture! I love denmark and especially the westcoast in the north of Jylland. The nothern light is unique and creates such wonderful 'white-church-against-blue-sky' impressions. You got this special impression perfectly! The "" (hope it works in this comment...) is created by typing '155' on the separate figure-keys while pressing the 'Alt'-key. Best Regards, Detlev Link to comment

aepelbacher 0 Posted August 25, 2006 FYI: the HTML code for the letter "o" with the line through it is "ø". I found it on this site: http://www.starr.net/is/type/htmlcodes.html YAY!! Link to comment
