Is it necessary to ask permission? John, do you ask permission to shoot them? Or to post their images? Overall original image.
posted without permission, but this is a public swimming place and there were about 50 people there .. and it's harmless ...
Ah, you have been on Ydra again?!? You are having good time this summer, aren't you :))) (well captured, by the way!!)
RUSLAN: I considered asking her permission when she was in mid air, but unfortunately I didn't quite make it. It is legal to both photograph and use a picture taken in a public place, as long as it does not prejudice the subject. Otherwise, all my glamour photos posted have the explicit permission of my models. This is just a beach scene, and frankly I never got to speak with the girl, or I would have proposed sending her a copy etc., who know, I may even have got her to pose for me .. well .. maybe tomorrow, who knows ! PAWEL: There may possibly be a little movement blurr, though I cannot see it, otherwise the focus is on the subject aand the rock she was standing on ... is that not enough? I used 1/1000th of a sec. Had the background been in focus, I feel it possibly would have been distracting. TO ALL: this is just an average fun shot. I would be delighted to receive any 4s.
Jonathan, I am on vacation and am working off a laptop. I have no idea what the colours and/or contrast look like in reality. Thanks for the comment, I'll look at it when I get back.
John ;)) better get your pen ready! I am sure they will want to have your autograph! ;))
Vi .... great, now all the husbands, boyfriends and fiancees know where to find me ...... :-)
Nice snap! Just a thought: try cropping an inch off the right - I think it gives the composition more balance. And maybe shift the tone a bit warmer. (... or tell me to get lost!) Best wishes, Jonathan
John... ...do you bring paradise to wherever you vacation at or is it the secret paradise that you've been to?. Either way, i think some travel agencies would want to do serious businesses with you John ;o). Warm regards, Tanya.
Indeed a fun shot. Interesting moment caught - just before falling... But some focus missing.
just a fun shot .. taken on the beach yesterday ...
