samfoto 0 Posted July 28, 2006 I looked at your collection of works and the word that first comes to mind is exhilarating. The idea that seem to bind all your work is that of searching, great thing is that you are finding. One of the many works that resinate is the silhouetted portrait and the architectural works. But this image just blowz me away. Take a look at Maxfield Parishs' works: Born Federick Parish 1870 in Philadelpphia, he later changed his name to Maxfield. He was one of Americas foremost painter/illustrators, the words most associated with his works are: architecture, shadow, color, fantacy. You probably already know of him but this work is masterful in a Parishian way, so delightful! The implied presence of tree and human are a kiind of tableau that accentuate the physical happenings.
