How'd you get her to stay that still for this long of an exposure? Is this a composition of more than one shot? The effect is really cool, but I just don't know how it worked

I took three photos of her using a 16mm at f22 using a graduate neutral density filter. I used a flash to help freeze the subject. I basically asked her to stay as still as possible. exposures were 1sec through 2seconds. Layer them together and then work from there. thank you for the comments.
