I think this one has got much potential. I would have isolated Bobby from the background and increased the contrast on him, ligthened his face and arm, and then tried to work with the background so he stands better out from the background. It looks like your focus is right, and his pose is very good.

Thanks Per for your time and ideas. They seem rather difficult to me right now, but I will give it a try. I've been studying digital photo on my free time.
