You continue to amaze me with your great close-ups. I never got any really good shots until I broke down and purchased my macro. The only small thing that I notice in this shot os a small amount of noise or around the antennae and the hind legs. Great capture.

Hey Ellen Thanks for the comments. Yeah could be because of the huge crop. Being that photo was taken with a 18-55mm I really had to crop a lot to get the grasshopper to appear large in the photo. I will eventually get a macro just don't know when. Good to see you back online. Take care. Jeffery
