considering the fact that you have tried to creat a perfect woman, with a great smile, perfect hairdo, wide opened eyes and so on... to put a dot on "I" i would have even correct just a little bit the color on her hand with a ring - close to the board. at the moment you can see little bit blu of the venes - which is normal. but without on the photo is better I think, at least on this very particular case,

She's a drop-dead stunner. Nose a bit shiny. Hair on the forearm is overemphasized.

Ruud, Inge, Mehmet, Les thanks for commenting. The make-up artist put a touch of sparkles cream on her skin which account for the shiny glow on some parts. I prefer minimal PS to show the quality of the lens.
