annette_crummey 0 Posted July 19, 2006 I don't usually like nudes, too old-fashioned I guess, and I'm very new to photography, but I think this shot is great. I was drawn to it immediately! Very nice! Link to comment
mikeseb 0 Posted July 19, 2006 This is really nice. The lighting and mood are fantastic; the model is almost (ALMOST!) an afterthought. At first I thought I might crop out the left beyond the pillar she leans against, but now I'm not so sure. Really well done Ben. Finally a technically accomplished nude that doesn't look like it should sit on a newstand wrapped in kraft paper. Link to comment
casey a 0 Posted July 19, 2006 Awesome shot! The light from the window funnels your eye right to the model. I love the difference between the blown out light on the right side, and the rich dark colors on the left. The only thing I would change is the table in the background. It looks out of place, but I suppose it would be pretty hard to take it out. Again, sweet shot! Link to comment
michael comerford 0 Posted July 20, 2006 That you got this shot with the light absolutely perfect and the model, who could have been anywhere, in quite probably the best location in the room is a testament to your talent. A very well technically executed shot, the image holds attention for longer than you might initially expect. Well done. Link to comment
