Butterflies are beautiful, dragons are majestic, and little jumpers

are the cutest.

Mark, I remember when I first started shooting a few years ago I came upon your gallery. The first words I said were "holy sh*t". When I opened this image I said the exact same thing. This is an amazing piece.

Your macro photography has inspired many over the years. Infact I would say that you honestly started a real boom in macro shooting. There are many of us who remember when you were quite alone shooting these images and we remember.

Thanks for all the images through the years. You made me see beauty in something pretty darn ugly... :-)

Excellent shot, nevertheless in my humble opinion there are too many bright flares on eye's and especially legs. I think more natural and soft light will do better. But anyhow excellent picture.
