This was taken in Upton, Utah...we go on long drives (usually on Sunday) that take us wherever...I do know that this was on the fourth of July and we eventually ended up on some desolate dirt road ready to turn around, but then out of nowhere...we ended up on Mirror Lake Highway...on the Evanston Side, but because the rain was so bad, we didn't get many good pictures along Mirror Lake (real bummer)and when the rain finally cleared, some guy had his wife, three kids and in-laws in a van when the brakes went out and we were the lucky ones that had to race down the mountain to get a ranger and call his brother to go and get him, by that time it was too late to go back up the canyon, but now that is definitely an upcoming destination. Thanks so much!
