antonio.giacomo 0 Posted July 13, 2006 This is a re-shoot of an impromptu photograph that I took while on a photographic course. I had been taking some very serious architectural photographs in Winchester Cathedral using a Bronica with a 40mm lens and Kodakメs Technical Pan (a fantastic film, and I have a few rolls left in the 'fridge). On the way to the bus station home, I wandered through the market and saw this scene. I had left the Bronicaメs viewfinder, meter and speedgrip behind, because I did not need any of them in the Cathedral, but I got a shot in the market. Wrong lens, wrong film, wrong camera, and no viewfinder. I pulled two 10x8 prints from the negative, one of which I mounted for the course, and the other I gave to the girl. I found out later that the print that I gave her had been snaffled immediately by her daughter. I also found out that I had got a distinction for black and white photography. Link to comment
