alones 2 Posted July 11, 2006 What I liked here is the similarity in the expression of my Daughter and here Dog :) Link to comment

sabina dorneanu 0 Posted July 11, 2006 I laughed by myself when I saw that - not too loud, cause I am at work - but this is so funny. In the first moment, I got the stunning impression that Pampa (that's her name, I guess...) is doing a lecture to the girls, and they are so submissive and humble, as if she is admonishing them for not being good girls:) You are also right about their expressions and the title is terribly funny. Very beautiful black and white. I love it, Alon! Cheers, S. Link to comment
alones 2 Posted July 12, 2006 Thank you all very much . Sabina - You know what they say about people and there dog , They usually look alike :) . Pampa was moon's birthday gift and they are really alike both in temper and character , two crazy girls :) Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 12, 2006 Good one. The arrangement of the four heads is also good, and out of focus daughter in the foreground provides a strong sense of depth. One look at the dog, and I laughed out loud! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 13, 2006 Alon, I love the way you are able to show the togetherness of a family, the innocence of children, and the part that dogs play in our lives...all in one photograph. I think this is a photograph that will speak to you and your children long after they are grown. My highest compliments to you on this one. Link to comment
kentb2 0 Posted July 13, 2006 Alon as Jim mentions I can't help looking at this and thinking of those family photos that stay with you forever. The unobserved moment held in time will indeed be priceless. Link to comment
marco_ruggiero 0 Posted July 14, 2006 The simplicity of children's moment and captured with the dog to crown the moment. Great shot as always. Link to comment
heatherlynn7 0 Posted July 16, 2006 This is perfect in b/w. The dog's facial expression is priceless. The angle of the shot is great also. Link to comment
randywilson 0 Posted August 6, 2008 Yes, I love it, too, for many of the reasons mentioned by others. I was thinking that it might have helped if you could have moved to the left just a little when you took the picture, so as not to have hidden from view so much of the oldest sister. Of course, I realize that such a thing might not have been possible at the time for many reasons. Also, it might help if you burned the blown out highligts in the upper left corner. Link to comment
alones 2 Posted August 7, 2008 Thanks a lot Randy . You know how it is ..... You see it and soot , No time for planning :) Link to comment
