katja faith 0 Posted July 3, 2006 Your imagination is striking as ever, Lars! Great picture! Looks like somewhat Al Magnus in a gloomy mood :) . Cheers, Katja Link to comment
bentes_world 0 Posted July 3, 2006 Flot, uudgrundeligt surrealistisk billede med flot farveholdning. Og jeg genkender nsket om at kunne komme hjere op for bedre at kunne se langt ud i horisonten. Originalt. Link to comment
mozgur 0 Posted July 3, 2006 Lars, the lighting bothers me. The obvious interpretation is the source in the background is the only source, and with that the shadow seems out of place. I know this is something you could have easily seen, and fixed, so I assume there is a deeper message here that I miss. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted July 15, 2006 To me, this is by far the best of these three, and I find the composition quite striking: the lines formed by the ladder and shadow create a triangle that is an interesting counterpoint to the large triangles of the sky and beach. The highlights on his arm and head are nicely balanced by the bits of white at right. And your theme -- the mysterious ladder -- is intriguing and provocative. I do think Mehmet has a good point about the light: there's something slightly off about having such harsh light on his arm but then fading immediately into the vignette. Perhaps you should brighten the left border and top left corner. Overall, a really fine image. Link to comment
valwary 0 Posted July 31, 2006 I was surprised why shadow is not appropriate with light. But then, a silhouette looks in light much stronger then we could see. I wonder, what is look of that light? Thank you for sharing! Great work! I like it very much! Link to comment
