Love the photo Don. There's only one tiny distraction--the grass in the middle left that is cut off by the edge of the frame. Your latest photos are wonderful, BTW.

Wonderful color, detail & composition. I think the lower left grass balances the large white cloud in the upper right. The reflections of blue & rich copper in the water work well this the dune color & subtle light & shadow. Nice contrast of arid & wet. Beautiful combination :)

I'm not sure if the point of clinical focus should be on the foreground grass rather than the far shore.

The place seems to be very soothing, and feminine....!

 

Where's Umpqua dunes? It isn't near to Umpqua or Sutherlin?
