Banks of Lake Michigan

So, what were you doing in that part of Michigan? Where on the coast? Muskegon? Grand Haven? Holland? One of my upcoming summer road trips is definitely going to be to the Michigan coastlines. I can't wait! I hope that there are more where this one came from!

Lou Ann, we drove to Lansing MI in one day, stopping along the way for photos. From Lansing, we drove the west coast all the way to the Upper Peninsula and as far west as Muinising,MI. We crossed to Canada and down through Toronto, to Niagara Falls. Rochester, NY was our destination for a family reunion. Needless to say we love to travel. Cheers, Sondra

Sounds like a wonderful road trip! So - is your family originally from Rochester? I grew up in Buffalo, went to college outside of Rochester (Geneseo) and still have family in the Buffalo area and the Corning/Elmira area....

Lou Ann, my husband's younger sister and family live in Rochester. Her 3 kids went to Geneseo too. Most of my family live in Florida where I was born and raised. Sondra
