Well composed John . She is amazing and I love the background
I wish my friends were that friendly ;-) I like the capture.
Simply wonderful John. Relaxed with a sense of space. And of course the gorgeous model! We're just going to have to trade models on some future trip. I like the veiled tease here. Well done to this and all your images! Thomas
Thomas, this is one of the few young ladies that I have photographed with whom the work ended up in poetry.
Good observation Pat. However I am presently on a beach and the girls I meet simply do not come prepared for that, so I improvise (though it's not the same beads!). That being said, I certainly appreciate you considering my portfolio as a whole, but it does not reflect on the quality of any individual photo posted for comment.
Kind of confusing to see the same dress and necklace on two different models in rapid successsion ... somehow this gives me the strange impression that your models are just that: "models" ... interchangeable mannequins... shouldn't a photographer also be concerned with the individual's personality and uniqueness he or she portrays? But maybe I'm just overinterpreting ... you know I like your work, this just now struck me as odd. ...otherwise a very nice shot, although you could have chosen the model to be a little more offcenter.
Portrait of a friend .
