Guest Guest Posted June 27, 2006 We had a short chat about shooting a male model. Now, you've done the skin rougher but the lighting actually is still quite soft, isn't it? Difference between cheek sides is max 1.5 stops. It'll be interesting to see what you've shot. Contrast-wise this has been quite challenging: white shirt and dark bg. Good choice bg for its roughness. This looks more like a character shot for a feature article rather than pure fashion or classic portrait.Messages here: He's looking downbound - sadness, and, he has his lower lip pushed out - he's hurt.
