the mirror of the sun

I can not get enough of beautiful lady M, when she dances with her

sarong in front of of my camera.

I just adore this photograph, I am no photographer but I know a great shot when I see one. The water in the forground and the light on the seaweed and rocks draw your eye to the horison - then you see sun obsured by the sarong and it draws your eyes to the sky. Making you feed as if you are in the photograph. You can almost smell the sea.

Agree. Outstanding shot, one of the best I have seen for a while. I must admit that I am a bit biased towards super wide, but this is excellent in all qualities IMO (not sure if a less center-placement of your lady would have benn better, I must think about that). Phenomenal light, colors, and contrast.

The texture and sky are so good and interesting that it will work even without the woman's figure. but she adds to the whole.

I rated this with A=7/O=6, and then I went back and looked at the picture again. When I realized how excellently the foreground was lit, I changed my rating to a 7/7. It's obvious this photo took a lot of work to get right.

Looks like an apocalyptic scene. Incredible light and wonderful conposition.

Congratulations's on a very nice shot. I have been going to Bolivar, Crystal, the cut, Galveston all my life. You have taken shots that make it look like a vacation spot, or should I say attraction. Very nice shots!
