awaraagard 0 Posted June 15, 2006 many darveishes have no homes. they live at isolated places, abandoned shrines or areas where people can give them food & clothing. almost all of them smoke charas [ local hash ], & drink bhang [ intoxicating drink ] that lures them into Nothingness & in that drunken state they spend their carefree lives. this guy gets a drag before he prepares his mud bowl 4 bhang session. comments/ critiques/ ratings welcome. amalsircar 2 Posted June 15, 2006 I agree with Nour. Very good composition, tone and capture of reality. The crutches resting on the wall, symbolises his dependence on drugs and the empty bowl harsh reality. Link to comment

BobfromNYC 0 Posted June 17, 2006 Let me be the third to agree with Nour, this photo is an exquisite example of what photography means to me, telling stories in stills. I can build a whole life around what is in the frame. Thank you Umair, amazing photo! Link to comment
