mathewcook 0 Posted June 13, 2006 Cool shot Parvin! I didn't even know these eels exist. I think the perspective is fine. Maybe a tighter crop would help a bit. Cheers, -Mathew Cook- Link to comment

lizmateofury 0 Posted June 13, 2006 These guys are so hard to find and so shy... I'm so happy you got to shoot this one. It's beautiful!!! I don't think you would be able to get another perspective without spooking it away. The capture in itself is GREAT! I can't wait to see more of your uw pixies! Liz Link to comment
papasan 0 Posted June 13, 2006 THis is a great shot Parvin. Beautiful colors and light on this. I like the details on the snout and the eyes. I agree with the others there is nothing wrong with the perspective you chose. It's a stunning picture. I checked your portfolio as well you have great underwater photos, congrats Link to comment

luca bertoglio 0 Posted June 14, 2006 looks on this portofolio http://www.underwaterphotography.com/Photo-Contest/Default.asp?MID=10414 there are some different photos of the splendid subject you have captured. Your photo is very beatiful but to make this known subject more original there different way. That does not mean that your is not good.. I haven't never captured this subject and I haven't a beatiful photo in my portofolio like this. Best Regards Luca Link to comment
parvindabas 0 Posted June 15, 2006 dear luca,i fully appreciate your comments but there is always another perspective and who is to say is the better one or whether we can call any better or not.i feel we must judge the image in front of us rather than compare it to something else we might have seen.the site you have mentioned has many beautiful photographs taken in various interesting ways.there are alot of interesting ones of nudibranchs also taken very differently from the way you have captured yours, that is not to say they're better than yours, but they're just different.we all take pictures the way we see things or want to see them and that is what makes us different and gives it our individualistic touch.hope to see you keep visiting my pictures and leaving your comments, cheers.
