raywei 0 Posted June 8, 2006 This is a well composed one. Love the color too, but not the strings under the chin. :D Good job. Link to comment
mohsens 0 Posted June 9, 2006 Those strings? hahha... I couldn't do anything with them!!! the thing I'm thinking about is the darkness of the photo. isn't it too dark? Link to comment
cyrus khamak 0 Posted June 9, 2006 I like your image, it's very good capture. I also like the lovely tones you have applied to this, very smooth transitions. I hope you don't mind that I played a little with it. Link to comment

cyrus khamak 0 Posted June 9, 2006 I knew it was going to be possibly disputed but I removed the nose gunk from her upper lip anyway. In my opinion and I speak only for myself, if this was a documentary, travel or a record shot, I would have left the stuff intact. But, since it is titled "innocence" and presented as, more or less a portrait, I would rather not see the dirt which also act as a distraction from her pretty face and the "innocent' look she is giving us. i would not have a problem with that kind of a distraction on a face like thishttp://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4407411 Link to comment
mohsens 0 Posted June 10, 2006 I don't know at all. Babies sometimes cry but who knows the reason? I gave hime a cookie and he calmed a little down. you can see the cookie in his hand in the photo in comments of afghan girl image. Link to comment
lauro1 0 Posted June 21, 2006 A really tender shot. And the other one too, but I'd rather prefer this one. That look is impressive and sad, and you knew how to take it. Regards. Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted June 24, 2006 Good crop & tones & I would keep the original 'dirt' as I also like it natural but remove the strings. It is in a most awkward position. Link to comment
