A young delinquent who, according to a bystander, is to go to jail

the next day, celebrates his last day of freedom with drugs/drink,

sex and out of control behavior. Your ratings and critiques are

invited and most welcome. If you rate harshly or very critically,

please submit a helpful and consructive comment/Please share your

superior knowledge to help improve my photography. Thanks! Enjoy!

Without your commentary this would be an excellent photograph, even if some might consider it kitschy in today's political climate. With your very ironic background story, this becomes even a greater documentary piece. But how dare you call him a delinquent? Don't you know that they are now supposed to be refered to as "children at risk"?

You sir, are a superlative photographer. All other factors aside, this is a very good composition.

Your endorsement of this capture and my abilities as a photographer is most welcome.

I only wish the rest of the community felt the same way.

Nice capture, interesting story. He does look a little over the top but he seems to be "captured" by the flag. In more ways than one, since "jail" is impending. Nice warm light, perfect exposure (as usual) nice compositional choice too. Very, very well captured.

I'm delighted you chose this image to comment on.

This guy was completely over the top. (he later attacked me with a bar-b-que, which I didn't put in comments -- I have film of it). I may have him prosecuted, but didn't want to make that the object of these photos.

I think he drove away and snorted some coke, as when he came back he had a head of steam on and was talking and acting 'way crazy' -- more crazy than he was when I took these photos, which he reviewed and pronounced very worthy (and wanted to become friends) which should tell you a thing or two about this guy. The jail story comes from a nearby woman who seemed to know him and who told me that; she seemed reliable and friendly enough with him, and I told it to him to his face as he attacked me (that he didn't want to stay longer in jail if he went through greater with his attack, which he 'pulled up' somewhat).

I feared for my life; if he had a gun, he'd have killed me, I'm sure.

I've been through Russia and Ukraine and never been in so much danger as being in the presence of this guy. (and only after the scoring of this photo do I reveal this -- because the rating period essentially is over).

Jayme, you give excellent critiques; whoever taught you to critique a photo (if anyone taught you) did an excellent job, your critiques are (as the British say) spot on, and are always welcome here.
