I am not going to rate this.

That is not to say it is not worth rating.

But the amount of after work seems way too high to me (and I could be wrong)

The glow and softening do not appeal to me.

If this the actual photo taken and not altered - then accept my apologies

IMO this is a wonderful shot. I love the expression on the childs face. The more centered composition suggests a lack of movement which is exactly what is frustrating this child. Quite wonderful to me. I also love the lighting and color so I guess to each his/her own. Well done.
