I love water and building photos. This works well with the blue sky and there is a lot of detailed in the buildings

Dear Tony, thank you so much for your great comment. Your the man of the 'bewitched' IR pictures so I feel really flattered that you like this castle view in it's true, natural colours. But I have to confess that it was very difficult for me not to yield for the temptation to turn day into night again;-)

Hi Michael, glad to see you and thanks very much for your kind comment. You are right, this castle is very interesting because of it's wonderful and very detailed buildingstyle. It is possible to walk around the castle and to see it from all it's sides. After each corner there is an other pleasant surprise. If you like to see more of it I can suggest you to visit Tony's castle shots. There you will find so many wonderful pictures of this castle. It's actually Tony's castle and he was so kind to bring me to this beautiful place.

Part of the song "Night and Day" comes to mind:

"Night and day, you are the one

Only you beneath the moon or under the sun

Whether near to me, or far

Its no matter darling where you are

I think of you."

Excellent work, Ada.

Lannie you're such a poetic man. I wonder how many songs you hold in your mind;) It's a nice lyric. I can't remember the song. Can you tell me more about it? From who is it? Famous band or singer?

O.... I almost forget to thank you for your visit and your great comment. I'm very happy to hear your opinion, Lannie.

I'm interested in your opinion about this picture because (for a

change this time) it's just a reproduction of the reality. Is this

picture worth to look at? Or should it be only interesting if I had

given it a special treatment?

Thank you very much for letting me know your thoughts. Ada

Ada, I don't know who wrote the song, but it has been sung by a number of artists, including Frank Sinatra. It is worth finding.

For me it is a descriptive shot, and as a descriptive shot it is good. But surely you can turn it into a great artistic work with your indubitable talent.

Lannie I've searched for that song but couldn't find it on the Internet. Perhaps you've found it in the meantime?

Thanks Julio for your great comment:-)

Hi Henri, good to see you:) I'm glad that you appreciate this shot. A pity I haven't much time lately to play with my pictures. I hope I will get some more time in the future to bring more mystery in my creations.

Warm greetings to all of you, Ada.

You're too kind Lannie but I appreciate your efforts very, very much.

I've followed the link you gave me and I've listened a part of the song and when I heard the melodie of 'Day and Night' I recognized it immediately. It reminded me of a very special and happy memory I save of my youth that started in the fifties. In the evening (it began to shimmer already) my parents took me and my brother (he was a sleep in the pram) to the Wilhelminapark. It was an old park with a fontain, beautiful flowers and plants and enormous trees. Each summer there where festivities organized there. I remember that the park was beautiful lightened and while we approached the park, fragments of the music welcomed us from a distance. Soft and warm sounds did I hear. It was the kind of music as in the song 'Night and Day'. Very impressive was the violinmusic played by the orchestra of Montovani. When I hear that kind of music my mind always starts to wander to that time; the most unconcerned and happy time of my live. Well Lannie, your contribution and research brought great memories back. I'm very grateful for that.

Warm greetimgs, Ada:~)
