great shot, I think cooling down the colour temperature would give this shot a more realistic colour balance. You might consider cropping off the black in the forground or taking the same shot but closer to the water. Great shot, thanks for letting me critique

Awesome shot. I really like the choice of shutter speed. It gives the fountain just enough motion to look really great.
