stephan dietrich 0 Posted May 22, 2006 Designed by architect Bernard R. Maybeck and completed in 1915 for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition, the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California is an amazing architectural site to see. Presently, the Palace of Fine Arts is undergoing a long- overdue renovation and the lake area is surrounded by a six foot fence - which made it interesting to capture this image. I have visited the Palace of Fine Arts many times over the past twenty or so years, but have not witnessed a total illumination. Comments and critiques welcome. Link to comment
