thanks for the encouragement mike. I certainly thought it was better than the initial ratings, though they have come up a bit since your post, which is good.

We must think similarly, Dan. Check my portfolio for a shot of my dog. Different, in that mine has a weird crop that takes out the actual nose (but I really love the crop). Same closeup of the face, though. Cool shot. I think it would be better by editing out the picture frame in the background.

door frame, but thats what happens when i take photo's at 1:30am when the dog wont leave. also, i wanted to label the picture unmanipulated.

Now I see what you mean Dan. Both the photos are good. This one I really like cause of the "Can we get this over with" look on his face. He could twin for one of mine. Part Great Dane part German Short Hair Pointer. The faces could twin.

lol. Im not sure he liked it, i think he got a bit dazed and thats what allowed me to get the pictures....
