i like this image too. i like it a lot. but the softness on his face for me, is very distracting. personally, i think it weakens the image.

 

punk is gritty, hard and rebelious. it's full of texture.. it's not soft...you know what i mean? so that's why i don't like the softness you used here. It would also be good to get in a little more of his chest and get the whole chain around his neck in the frame too. and then you get more contrast between the red you used and the blue of his shirt.
